H.A.A.R.P is Not What You May Think
While on the surface High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program or (H.A.A.R.P) is said to be a research centre. However, there are many who believe it is much much more then what it appears to be. H.A.A.R.P works with ELF (Extremely Low Frequencies) waves which is said to heat up the upper atmosphere and to then basically bounce signals to anywhere on the earth. When we look at how it is described I personally have to give it a bit of tongue in cheek snicker as it shows the project which is located in Alaska as being able to bounce waves or signals from a single point in the upper atmosphere to the entire globe. Well, this is totally impossible to achieve. However, if we were to put exactly the same concept on a flat earth model the H.A.A.R.P would work perfectly, and this is the reason is works. It would not work as they say on a globe.
Now if we hold true to the flat earth model (which I do) we know that there is a firmament (or dome) above us. This makes perfect sense as to how this project would work, as when I think of waves bouncing off of our atmosphere (air) it just doesn't make any sense to me. However, bouncing these waves off of the firmament and being able to reach all locations on the earth makes perfect sense if you consider the firmament and a flat earth. Now this is not going to be some kind of a flat earth speech here, I'm just making a point on how stupid it sounds to be bouncing waves off of air, because that is what our atmosphere is. So, it is just an observation on my part nothing more and nothing less.
There is a lot of speculation to what H.A.A.R.P is actually capable of. The first two videos below are separated into two parts of the same video and worth your time to watch. They give us some very good detail and some pretty crazy footage of strange events surrounding H.A.A.R.P. Also, I would urge you ALL to view the video on the Treaty between the USA and Canada. This should get everyones attention, as the information within this video is stunning. It also describes to us how they used to have this information available to everyone, then all of a sudden they classified all of it as Top Secret under National Defence, so yeah, as I said, I would urge everyone to check this video out, as I am willing to be that nobody knows that a treaty of this nature even exists. Anyway, carrying on, does anybody remember the strange sounds heard around the world a few years ago ? Well, we think, as do many others, that this was indeed H.A.A.R.P in action. As these sounds that echoed throughout the skies have never been explained. And while the HAARP Project is no where near the scale of CERN it is something that we believe to be a lot more then what it was put out to be by the government, but I mean, why would they lie about this or any other thing to us ? Even an idea that they would do something like that is crazy right ? Wrong !!!

What is H.A.A.R.P Actually Doing Part-1
These two videos are part 1 and part 2 of the same feature. They are going to take us through a wide array of different aspects of the H.A.A.R.P project and show us various details of this project and what they say they are doing with it. As we mentioned they like to tell us that they are somehow magically expanding the upper atmosphere with a radio wave and from that procedure they have the ability to project that signal anywhere around the globe ? This would be impossible, as we mentioned and I think when you look at their explanation on this I think you will agree that when you look at what they are proposing you will come to the same conclusion as I did. In any event, I would urge you to take a look and see what conclusion you draw on this project. All of these projects that we are detailing within this site are all part of a much larger agenda or what we like to call The Rabbit Hole. When one goes through all the research and starts to add everything together it paints a rather sinister picture.
What is H.A.A.R.P Actually Doing Part-2
Part 2 of this video looks at some different aspects of the H.A.A.R.P experiment. There are so many things that we probably do not know about this project, but what we do know is that anything that is devised by the Government and that is deemed Classified or Top Secret is something that is not going to be what it appears on the surface. Again, what this amount to is that it leaves a ton more questions then answers, but doesn't this seem to always be the case when we deal with anything coming out of government organizations.? So, we keep digging and digging and trying to uncover various dealing that should be disclosed to the public but always seem to be classified, even though the public is always paying for all of these projects. It somehow just doesn't seem right to me that the people who are funding everything are the last to know what their money is being spent on. It's pretty crazy when you look at it from that point of view.
William Cooper Weather Control
Would it surprise anyone to learn that there is a Treaty between the United States and Canada that proved the existence of weather control.? William Cooper uncovered a Treaty between these two countries that prove without a doubt that they have been actively engaged in scientific experimentation to learn how to control the weather. At some point during the middle to late 1950's ALL reference to this research disappeared behind the veil of National Security. Prior to that time period one could find a multitude of scientific papers and military press releases on the subject, but as soon as they classified this matter under National Security, any and all subject matter having to do with this was either removed and/or destoryed. Immediately after this had occured, a Treaty was drawn up between the US and Canada which can be found in 26 UST page 541 which clearly spells out their agreement relating to the exchange of information on weather modification activities carried out by either party.
Creating Holes in Heaven HAARP
This is a basic break down of what H.A.A.R.P is capable of. Many scientists including the creator of H.A.A.R.P itself are concerned with what this machine can do in the wrong hands. But when do we consider that it is in the wrong hands ? Do we for a minute think that because it rests in one of the furthest most reaches of the North American Continent that it is safe.? Being that we are not certain as to HAARP'S full capability, and only know what we are told, we can only speculate as to what they are actually using it for. What we do know and understand is that it certainly is not used in the ways that they say it is. This garbage about the Ionosphere being used is an absolute fantasy, they are bouncing this energy beam off of the firmament, Plain and Simple. The reason it is located where it is now also makes sense, because the Firmament is at it's highest at the north pole, meaning they can theoretically focus this beam at virtually any point on the earth. This is where their globe fails them badly, because they are reaching areas that are beyond the said curvature of the earth.
Scientist Who Designed HAARP Confirms EVERYTHING
So if the above two videos did not convince you of the dangers of H.A.A.R.P then perhaps it would be better if you actually heard this information from the so called Horses Mouth. There are a few segments extracted from the first video where the designer once again explains what the capabilities of this invention actually are. The difference between the first part of the first video as opposed to this short segment is the information that was derived thereafter. It would seem that not only is H.A.A.R.P capable of changing weather patterns, but indeed it may certainly be responsible for some massive earthquakes. Within this video we will see some pretty strange aerial phenomenon taking place just prior to a massive earthquake. Now be it not me to assume that just because we see something weird we should automatically associated it with H.A.A.R.P, but what if it happened again.? Hmmmm, maybe there is something to this aerial phenomenon after all. Lets take a look and see if we can't come to some sort of a conclusion on our own shall we.
